Fine Deburring

Fine deburring, or micro deburring, is the same general process as wheel deburring but is done on a much smaller scale for delicate parts. Micro deburring uses a miniscule wheel less than 1/2” in diameter and is ideal for precision work on small, breakable parts, such as minimally invasive surgical equipment. It removes debris without compromising the delicate structural integrity of the part.
